- No partner needed!
- Dress code: Casual. Training clothes and/or shoes even better!
- Bring your partner or come along alone and find someone to practice with.
- Spend time working on your own movement. Laboratory mode.
- Feel free to ask any question, at anytime, about any topic to TI teachers.
